(Main Office) The original firm of Coggins and Harman was founded in 1972 by Bill Coggins and John Harman, former classmates at American University's Washington College of Law. Starting with a local general practice, the firm now serves clients in State and Federal Courts in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, as well as specially before courts around the country.
