 Free Initial Consultation (Main Office) Brault Graham, LLC was founded over fifty years ago as a general civil litigation firm and has experienced a measured growth to its present size of some fourteen lawyers. The firm maintains its principal office in Rockville, Maryland. It has the capacity to litigate in state and federal courts throughout the State of Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia. It will Litigate in any jurisdiction required by its clients where its particular talents and expertise are needed. The firm practices all aspects of insurance law, including policy interpretation, declaratory judgments, direct defense of insurers, excess insurance and general insurance defense litigation with special emphasis on medical and professional malpractice defense. In addition the firm practices extensively in the fields of commercial, corporate and estate litigation. Members of the firm also conduct civil mediations and arbitrations. It has a wealth of experience in general litigation and in the defense of claims involving allegations of legal malpractice, medical malpractice, commercial, premises, products and automobile accident liability. Brault Graham, LLC also regularly serves as counsel for numerous corporate clients, and as defense counsel for other corporate and business entities who are self-insured. Since the firm's inception, four members have been inducted as Fellows of the American College of Trial Lawyers and two have been elected to serve on the Board of Regents. Members of the firm have served as officers of local and state bar associations, have taught trial techniques, and have participated in numerous seminars involving the insurance industry, risk management and professional liability.
