Avery & Upton, located in Rockville, Maryland, is a unique law firm. We were founded in 1993 by attorney Bruce Avery after he spent 20 years serving in the military, 15 of which in the JAG Corps. In 2003, he was joined by his daughter Prudence Upton, a skilled trial litigator.
