Dan's antitrust practice has included representation of clients such as Black & Decker (U.S.) Inc. and Texaco, Inc. in complex antitrust litigation. Dan's present clients include Black & Decker, Niro Inc., The Travelers, Target Corporation, Bon Secours Hospital - Baltimore, Penske Truck Leasing Corporation, Pentair, Inc., Lear Corporation, and The Salvation Army.Prior to joining Miles & Stockbridge, Dan served as a law clerk to The Honorable Marvin B. Steinberg (March, 1985 - August 1986).
