(Main Office) Our Firm is engaged in almost all phases of civil practice. A full range of client representation includes a corporate clientele of publicly held companies and locally owned, closely held businesses. We have represented lenders and investors in securities, corporate, commercial finance and venture capital transactions, and acted as securities counsel for both issuers and underwriters for hundreds of millions of dollars of equity and associated debt offerings, including those financing most of the residential developments in the historic warehouse district in New Orleans.
