Magnolia Street Title was formed in 1996 by the partners of Cashe Coudrain & Sandage (formerly Cashe Lewis Moody & Coudrain) to serve the lenders, brokers, realtors and builders in Tangipahoa, Livingston, St. Tammany and surrounding parishes. In 2002, Magnolia Street Title began operating as a full service title company to provide a full range of real estate services, including commercial, residential, development closings and builder/contractor services.
