Fulkerson & Kinkel, PLLC is the successor to the original firm, which was formed over 30 years ago. The current partners bring together more than seventy-five years of collective experience in all aspects of insurance defense practice. Our practice is concentrated in professional liability litigation, including the defense of doctors, hospitals, lawyers, architects, engineers, and accountants. The firm is also well-versed in products liability, (including mass torts such as asbestos and class action drug litigation), premises liability, and policy coverage issues.
