Raines, Buechel, Conley & Dusing P.L.L.C. was formed by lawyers who have all received substantial prior training in big law firms, corporate legal departments, or judicial clerkships. Each has exceptional academic credentials; All were members of their respective law reviews; two graduated first in their law school class; one is a former law professor. Together they have nearly 100 years of legal experience.

The founding members have combined this experience to provide legal services in a small firm environment, with limited overhead and with a personal approach, but with the quality frequently offered only by larger firms. Its members have participated in significant litigation, class actions, business and commercial litigation, and significant corporate and business transactions, estate planning, probate, and domestic and international commercial transactions.
