Education: Butler University (B.S., Economics, 1992); Indiana University School of Law (J.D., 1996). Mr. Schultz is very active in the legal profession locally, state-wide, and nationally. He is frequently asked to serve in leadership positions in the various organizations that he is involved with. Currently, Mr. Schultz is the past president of the Monroe County (Bloomington, Indiana) Bar Association. He is also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, where he serves as a member of the House of Delegates, and a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, where he serves on the Board of Directors.
