Carol A. Nolan established the law firm of Carol A. Nolan, Attorney at Law in April of 2000. Carol dedicates her practice to assisting clients with disability issues, Medicaid matters, estate planning, and probate and trust administration. Also, Carol counsels both executors and trustees through the administration process. She has expertise in creating and implementing special needs trusts for the disabled, which, if created properly would not disqualify a disabled person from receiving state and federal benefits.
Carol is a recipient of the 1992 most outstanding woman graduate award. She is a frequent speaker on elder law issues, estate planning, guardianship and probate matters for the Illinois State Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association, National Business Institute, DuPage Association of Woman Lawyers, and has published a chapter on probate for the Elder Law Volume of Illinois Jurisprudence.
