Within the Business Law group several of our members concentrate in mergers and acquisitions. The firm maintains a large litigation practice with an emphasis on complex commercial litigation, unfair competition, employers' liability, insurance defense, and workers compensation (management). Members of the litigation group practice in the state courts of Illinois and Wisconsin, as well as all federal courts and routinely act as co-counsel with national law firms in complex disputes, including commercial litigation.
