Leonard J. Brenner concentrates his practice in corporate and business matters, contracts, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, tax controversies, not-for-profit organizations, estate planning and probate. Mr. Brenner is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Wisconsin and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Brenner graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1984, from Northern Illinois University in 1979 with a degree in accounting, and practiced in public accounting before attending law school. Mr. Brenner is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
