Dixon & Giesen descend directly from the Law Office of Eustace, Barge & Dixon, which firm dates to 1861. The law firm has operated from the same location at 121 East First Street in Dixon since 1861 although the first building there has been replaced with the present structure. Since this firm's inception, there has always been at least one member of the Dixon family as a firm partner at all times.
