Zaki M. Anarwala (Principal) born Chicago, Illinois; admitted to bar, 2003, Illinois. Education: Northwestern University (B.A., 1999); Loyola University School of Law (J.D., 2003). Zaki M. Anarwala is the Principal of the firm and has been a good-standing member of the Illinois Bar since 2003. In addition to working with clients in virtually all aspects of commercial real estate, he assists clients in the areas of business law and estate planning.

Mr. Anarwala began ZMA Legal after practicing law and serving as Managing Attorney of a boutique law firm on the North Shore. He successfully represented businesses in real estate and tax matters. He also streamlined business practices to make the firm more efficient, thus increasing communication with clients and decreasing their legal costs.

After meeting with high-level partners at major law firms, seeing the shortcomings of an antiquated system of practice, and learning the business and practice of law, Mr. Anarwala established ZMA Legal with a very specific philosophy. ZMA Legal's mission is to provide high quality legal services and anticipate the needs of our business and individual clients. To maintain this philosophy, Mr. Anarwala strives to serve his clients in a timely manner while adhering to the highest standards of excellence and integrity.
