The Sullivan Firm, ltd. is headquartered in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, the easily accessible northwest suburb of Chicago. With other offices in downtown and Old Town Chicago, The Firm is well situated serving clients in Cook County and the surrounding collar counties. However, legal issues impacting clients may and usually do arise anywhere in the United States. To accommodate these needs, The Firm has developed a network of experienced and trusted associates across the country. DUI Law to get stricter in 2009. The new Illinois DUI Law can be viewed at page 9819 of the Illinois Register, volume 32, issue 28. Under the new law JDPs (Judicial Driving Permits) will no longer be offered. However, first time DUI offenders who lose their license will be eligible for MDDPs (monitoring device driving permits), which will require them to drive vehicles equipped with breath alcohol ignition interlock devices (provided at offenders cost).
