My H1B visa was revoked under 22 CFR § 41.122(h)(3) when I tried to enter the U.S.. In addition I was expedited removed and barred from entering the U.S. for 5 years and given 212(a)(7)(A)(i)(I) and 212(a)(6)(C)(i). I was totally lost. Luckily Peter was willing to take my case and resolved all issues so I was able to enter the U.S. with my H1B working for the same employer. What a relief! HE'S TRULY THE BEST!
Mr. Messersmith helped me overcome 212a3A refusal. The refusal was very shocking because I do not have criminal record and I have been a researcher my whole life. I had a postdoc position at a prestigious US University and I was applying for an O1 visa that was refused. I tried to get help from a Senator but they were useless. So I contacted as many lawyers as I could find but the only one that offered me any hope was Mr. Messersmith. He told me that he had fixed this kind of problem before for other innocent people like me. He said it normally takes him 3-6 months to fix everything and he was right! He fixed everything and I now have my O1 visa. I'm extremely happy and grateful. Mr. Messersmith is simply the BEST!!!
Absolutely the BEST lawyer I'm not a researcher or scientist. I'm just a project manager. I never published any papers or obtained any citations. When many other lawyers told me that I don't stand a chance but Peter got my EB1 approved on day 3 and NIW approved on day 5. It shows me that he's absolutely the BEST! Trustworthy, diligent, professional, honest, highly intelligent is what I would describe Peter. I'm extremely grateful.
This is a heartfelt message to express my deepest gratitude for Mr. Messersmith and his assistant Jen. I petitioned my wife to become a permanent resident. They charged her with 212(a)(6)(C)(i), 212(a)(6)(C)(ii) and 212(a)(2)(D)(i). There was big misunderstanding when my wife was interviewed. None of these charges represent who she really is. We were devastated. We called his law firm and spoke to Jen who is always kind and helpful. She set up a consultation for us with Mr. Messersmith. He's very knowledgeable and honest with our chances. I spoke to many lawyers but no lawyer can compare to him. He requested documents to review. We received a contract after he looked at our documents. we know he's definitely the right lawyer to fix these for us so we signed up. He's very thorough and put all pieces together. His work ethics really impresses us. All charges were removed. My wife is now here with me in the U.S.. He's the best. I highly recommend him and his firm.
Best Lawyer Ever! Very Highly Recommended! Peter is truly the best and most marvelous lawyer ever. I was expeditiously removed by CBP and barred from entering for 5 years when I tried to enter with a B2 visa. CBP confiscated and interrogated me for hours. I was advised to obtain a new visa at the Embassy. My visa was refused and they gave me section 212 (a)(9)(A), 212(a)(6)(C)(i) and 212 (a)(2)(C)(i). I was devastated and had no clue why. I called Peter's office and paid a consultation to speak with him. He's very knowledgeable and explained my options clearly. I had no doubt he's the right lawyer to get this resolved for me after speaking with him. He won my case. 5 year bar was removed and section 212 (a)(9)(A), 212(a)(6)(C)(i) and 212 (a)(2)(C)(i) are all removed permanently. What a relief. I was in tears when he told me the great news. Thanks a billion Peter!!! You are truly truly the BEST!!!
After reading all of the great reviews on Avvo and google, I found the right attorney Peter Messersmith. He's truly the best! During my H1B transfer process, USCIS found me inadmissible under INA 212(a)(6)(c)(i) misrepresentation. He successfully helped me win my case and helped me obtain my H1B transfer as well as PERM and green card. He also helped my cousin obtain L1 visa and green card. We're truly grateful!!! Peter is the best immigration lawyer! The fee is not low but well worth it!
WOnderful support from Peter. He answers any questions or concerns immediately. Me and my wife got green card with the great help from this firm. We are from India and working here from last 8 years.
Peter is an excellent attorney. Our immigration case was quite tough and complex, however, he successfully helped us! Although I have some language
difficulty, Peter can always be patient and nice with our situation. I
would like to say that he is very professional in immigration matter, he
knows the important part in our case and gives us a legal advice about it.
We was impressed how quickly and efficiently our case was handled. Don't give up
with any hopes before you talk to Messersmith
I decided to search online an attorney that could help me solve an immigration issue related to my status. I found Messersmith webpage and I arranged to meet him at his office in Chicago. Working with him I discovered his professionalism. He is results driven and very communicative. Of course it costed me some money, but it was worth paying for his service. I feel that I made the right choice. He is a great attorney for immigration and I highly recommend him
In overall the service received can be rated as excellent. We contacted P. Messersmith law firm to file a GC application under EB2-NIW. The petition was approved in less than 30 days. During the preparation of the petition Peter and his assistant were very helpful. They closely guided us through the process and answered our questions within 24 hours. They price of the service it reasonable. We would definitely recommend this firm.
