Education: Carleton College (B.A., 1999); Washington University (J.D., 2005). Mr. Libra has experience at the trial and appellate level representing plaintiffs in individual and class actions. He has represented clients in a wide range of state and federal cases, including cases brought under state consumer fraud acts, ERISA, RESPA, and the Railway Labor Act. Mr. Libra has been involved in complex discovery issues, the taking of depositions, and the briefing and researching of class certification and dispositive motions in matters including: Parker v. Sears, Roebuck & Co., Case No.: 04-L-716 (Ill.Cir.Ct. Feb. 7, 2007), Mansfield v. ALPA, Case No. 06-cv- 6869 (N.D.Ill. Dec. 12, 2006), and Ruppert v. Principal, Case No. (S.D. Iowa Aug. 7, 2007). In addition, Mr. Libra has experience with multidistrict litigation, including in In re Motor Fuel Temperature Sales Practices Litigation, Case No. 7:02-md-1840 (D.Kan. June 22, 2007), currently pending in the District of Kansas. Mr. Libra has also been involved in negotiating and obtaining approval of beneficial class settlements. For example, in Parker v. Sears, Roebuck & Co., Case No. 04-L-716 (Ill.Cir.Ct. Jan. 16, 2007), Korein Tillery acted as lead counsel against Sears involving allegations that Sears sold and set-up gas and electric ranges throughout the United States without installing anti-tip safety devices, which prevent ranges from tipping over and severely burning or injuring unsuspecting consumers. In January, 2008 the Court granted final approval of a settlement which provides complete relief by requiring Sears to install anti-tip brackets for the class as well as requiring the installation of such brackets in the future. The settlement is valued at more than $544,500,000. Finally, Mr Libra has been involved in the settlement of personal injury and other civil cases in the state and federal courts. Klint Bruno (Of Counsel) born 1973; admitted to bar, 1999, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois and U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Klint Bruno concentrates his practice in securities litigation and representation of mutual fund shareholders in class litigation in state and federal courts. Mr. Bruno began his investigation of the so-called "market timing" abuses by mutual funds months before widespread media revelations in late 2003 caused the New York Attorney General to file criminal charges. Mr. Bruno is currently litigating several such cases as private mutual fund class actions. He was a member of the appellate team that won a key victory for shareholders in the United States Supreme Court in Kircher v. Putnam Funds Trust (2006). Mr. Bruno also has extensive experience in securities arbitrations and mediations. Before joining the firm, he worked in the securities industry, including service as regional director for a prominent Wall Street financial services firm. He also served as portfolio manager for an arbitrage group of options traders on the floors of both the Chicago Board Options Exchange and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Mr. Bruno serves as co-lead class counsel in Wiggenhorn v. AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company pending before the Fourth Circuit. In addition to his securities litigation experience, Mr. Bruno also has extensive experience handling ERISA claims on behalf of plan trustees and plan beneficiaries. Currently, he is representing a putative class of retirement plan trustees in an ERISA breach of fiduciary duty lawsuit against their 401(k) plan service provider in Iowa federal court in Ruppert v.
