Free Initial Consultation (Main Office) Hurley McKenna & Mertz, P.C. is a partnership of trial lawyers dedicated to fighting for the rights of ordinary people whose lives have been destroyed by the negligence of others. We take pride in providing outstanding personal service to our clients. That means we are always available for meetings and we respond promptly to your questions and concerns. A firm partner oversees every matter for which we have accepted professional responsibility. Our Fees Most of our clients do not have the money to pay hourly fees to lawyers. We work only on contingency fees. A contingency fee shifts the risk of a bad result to us, so we only get paid if we make a recovery for you. Your first consultation with us is free and you will have no obligation to sign a contract until we both decide to proceed with your case. Free Consultation If you are not sure whether you have a case, call us. We consider it a duty to our profession and the community to help people understand their legal rights. We will always give you our honest evaluation based on our experience and knowledge of the law. Our Reputation Lawyers that know of our reputation for successfully helping injured people refer most of our cases to us. Before you hire a lawyer you should know the lawyer's relevant experience handling cases similar to yours. Some lawyers accept cases, and then refer them out to trial lawyers. First and foremost, we are trial lawyers. As trial lawyers, our reputation for successful verdicts often allows us to settle your case quickly and fairly. When that is not possible, we will file your lawsuit in court and take your case to a jury. We have found that our willingness to try cases gets our clients the best settlements. We have successfully handled hundreds of personal injury cases of all types and sizes. You can view a list of our successes by clicking here. History Christopher T.
