    In re Level Propane Gases, Inc., U.S. Bankruptcy Court, N.D. Ohio. Appointed as Examiner to investigate
    report upon allegations made against the law firm representing the debtors in this Chapter 11 case (2003).
    Fidelity Financial Services, Inc. v. Fink, 522 U.S. 211, 118 S.Ct. 651, 139 L.Ed.2d 571 (S.Ct. 1/13/98) (9 - 0). Wrote the winning brief for the trustee on the issue of whether the relation-back perfection periods of state secured transactions law are incorporated into the bankruptcy code's enabling loan defense to the preference power.
