Merrill & Merrill was originally founded by A.L. Merrill, Harvard Law School (1912), in Pocatello, Idaho in 1913. He was joined by a brother, R.D. Merrill, Harvard Law School (1923), and later by a son, Wesley F. Merrill, Harvard Law School (1948). The firm now has nine attorneys and serves clients throughout the State of Idaho in general practice.
