ELAM & BURKE was founded in 1928. We are located in Idaho's state capital, in close proximity to both federal and state courts and numerous administrative agencies. Over time, we have developed a wide range of specialized capabilities to meet our clients' needs, although our cornerstone remains our litigation, commercial and business practice.
