Thompson, O'Brien, Kemp & Nasuti, P.C. was established in 1981 by R. Michael Thompson and J. Patrick O'Brien. The firm's full-service, multi-disciplinary practice is statewide. The firm also has a regional practice in state and federal litigation, bankruptcy, and creditors' rights. One of the firm's equity members serves on the Chapter 7 Panel of Bankruptcy Trustees for the U.S. Justice Department, and the firm is often appointed as counsel for the Trustee in complex, litigated matters pending before the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern District of Georgia.
