Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele's practice is divided among seven primary areas of law: Corporate, Estate Planning and Administration, Liability and Workers' Compensation Insurance Defense, Litigation, Local Government Law, Real Estate and Tax. The corporate and tax departments work closely together to insure that all transactions handled by the firm receive a multi-disciplinary review. The firm has a substantial estate planning and administration practice coordinating the disposition of assets with the corporate and real estate departments. Our insurance defense department represents insurance companies and self-insured corporations in defending liability and workers' compensation claims. The litigation department handles a variety of criminal and general civil matters including domestic, business, construction, commercial, probate, personal injury, wrongful death, tax appeals, and shareholder disputes.
