Charlie Fulcher’s path to the law was built on a foundation of leadership and discipline. He attended North Georgia College on a Georgia Military Scholarship, where he served in the Corps of Cadets and the Georgia Army National Guard. That military background gave him a unique perspective on service and advocacy, which he carried into his legal education at Campbell University. Campbell is well-known for producing elite trial attorneys, and Charlie excelled there, completing the Advocacy Track and winning the Student Advocacy Award. While he’s handled many different types of cases over the years, he now focuses his energy on criminal and family law. He’s licensed to practice in every state court in Georgia, including the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court, as well as the Federal Court for the Northern District of Georgia. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
