The first time I call Ms McDuffie it was in the evening, I left a message and she returned my call that same night. I met with her very soon after our phone call. She spent a good deal of time with me that first meeting. She helped me to not feel so bad about having to do what I needed to do and to understand all about the process. Ms McDuffie is very professional and yet genuinely wanted to help me. I felt much better at my whole situation after I met with her.

She provides personal and one-on-one legal advice and counsel. She made the bankruptcy process not only go more smoothly but made all steps clear and concise. She truly cares about her clients and consumers. She is admirable and a great consumer advocate.

My lawyer was available & accessible whenever I had a question, when I needed her opinion, or advice. From the first day I meet Shannon she took total charge, took the monkey of my back . I can't say enough of how this was made so easy for me. I was not sure I might even be allow to go this route. Shannon made me so comfortable to face my problem and how I should go. It was the best decision I ever made. Please if you are looking to go this route I can say Shannon was the best!!!!
