Have you consulted or hired this lawyer?
Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Every case is different, but I couldn't have asked for better results from Mr. Banks. He took a 2nd DUI to court and got a not guilty. He saved my cdl's, me jailtime, and a lot of headache. He got several motions passed that were key in my case. Not to mention, he had some excellent arguments in the courtroom. He will help you decide the best way to handle your case and resolve it in your best interest. He was able to lift some weight off my shoulders and I would definetly recommend him.
A more than reliable and astute attorney that will attain the desired results.
Rafe Banks is one of the best in the business. He represented me with a degree of professionalism, diligence, and dedication seldom seen in the legal profession. Rafe always answered my questions and kept me informed throughout the entire trial(s) process and never left me wondering what to expect.
His staff at is exemplary, always attentive yet professional and helpful in every aspect.
I don't think you could find a better defense attorney.
Mr Banks represented me in a criminal case that resulted in an incarceration followed by a major trial. I was facing a minimum of life in prison and would have lost everything but Mr. Banks was able to give me my life, my children and my career back. He worked diligently on my case and fought for me. If you find yourself in a position where you are facing prosecution you better find an attorney who is the most experienced and knows how to navigate the system. Mr. Banks is this attorney !
