My name is Patrick, and I was heading home from work on the night of July 9, 2021, when life as I knew it turned up-side down. I was second in line at a stop light and proceeded to pull into the intersection when I was T-boned by an under-aged, intoxicated driver. I was ultimately taken to a trauma center due to the extent of my injuries. My neck was broken, I was experiencing an internal bleed within my chest cavity, and I had 3 broken ribs, and multiple large contusions covering my body.
