Founded in 1999, Sumner Medical Law handles Medical Malpractice cases exclusively. From the Tucson office, the firm accepts cases inArizona, South Carolina, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Arkansas, Maryland and other locations in the country where assistance is needed with medical negligence cases resulting in catastrophic injuries or death.
Our case recently settled through mediation with a fair and just outcome. My role was personal representative for a distant relative that died from a routine heart procedure. Dave was recommended by my son who had assisted on a case early in his law career. Several others were considered but the initial phone conversation settled it for me.
