I really want to thank them. It was just such a horrible experience with all these issues I didn't know would arise, and with no idea how to navigate the process, they were there to help me throughout my ordeal. From the initial phone consultation, Igor took the time to review the case and the process with me and spent more time than i would have ever expected and they showed that same care and concern throughout. Even when I felt so helpless, and that no one would spend the time to help me, the
I liked that they made sure I knew what was going on.
I was pleased with communication which is very important..
My Case Manager communicated with me well and kept me informed
Linda Allen is awesome! She is very attentive, and agressive. She communicated with me during the entire process, set realistic expectations, and throughly followed through.
THE LAWYERS ARE GREAT AND VERY PATIENCE...
I had a very good experience. I called and someone came out immediately. I would recommend your office and would come back in the future.
These people are TERRIBLE. Call someone else! Anyone else! These people are TERRIBLE. Call someone else! Anyone else! These people are TERRIBLE. Call someone else! Anyone else! These people are TERRIBLE. Call someone else! Anyone else! These people are TERRIBLE. Call someone else! Anyone else! They still owe me money, but I have it in writing and Scott will soon be served with a civil suit.
I provided all I could for this business to evaluate if I had a case or not. Provided emails text message, pictures etc. This business took my case with confidence. I was assigned to an attorney Cierra Geter she was not responsive, customer service was horrible and her active listening skills unorganized told lies and didn't provide me with the proper advice to complete my claim. I was assigned to a case manager whom I received an email from 1 year later that they were disengaging from the case and I need to find another attorney what is disturbing is they had me pay out of pocket for all the medical expenses which I couldn't afford to do in the middle of the pandemic put me behind than just dropped the case now I'm totally out of pocket plus not fully physical balancing. Horrible experience with Monge & Associates!
