Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Michael was very good to follow up and provide incite into my case. My case needed extension in which the law team doubled down and reiterated, compiled case information and won me an acceptable amount. No doubt they worked long on my case and stuck with me through everything. My case was in unpaid overtime.
I initially met Michael as a member of the GACP during the time that he served as legal counsel for the association. I came to value his professionalism, deep understanding of the law, and dedication to our profession through his tireless work to help grow the GA Association of Chiefs of Police into one of the leading associations in the nation. From time to time, I would consult with Michael on issues that impacted daily operations or a pending decision, and I always received a prompt, on-point response. Since those initial incidents, I have had occasion to employ him to handle much more in-depth personnel issues. He took on this work with his usual drive and helped us to navigate each issue to a successful conclusion. He proved to be so skilled and well prepared that the adverse personnel actions that we had taken were sustained in each incident. We have never had to proceed further than a hearing on any matter that he has handled for us. I have nothing but praise for his ski
I am delighted with the professionalism and competency of Mr. Caldwell‘s legal services. As a client of multiple years, I have found that Mr. Caldwell has reasonable legal fees and is highly effective in reaching positive resolutions and outcomes for his clients. Mr. Caldwell is compassionate and gains a full understanding of his client’s needs in order to provide superb legal services.
I have worked with, and known, Michael Caldwell for many years, first in my capacity as General Counsel and later in my capacity of President and CEO of TDK USA Corporation, from which I recently retired. There is no finer attorney or man. Michael assists and advises TDK USA Corporation, and many of its subsidiaries throughout the US, on numerous legal issues. Over the years these have included organized labor drives, drafting employee handbooks and policies, navigating reductions in force, and conducting corporate investigations. In addition to his legal knowledge, Michael’s counsel is and was greatly valued. His wisdom, and “touch” give unique insight and comfort to what is often uncharted territory. Michael is extremely responsive and communicative. As a man, Michael has the highest ethics and morals, a deep and wide intellect, and a ready wit. I recommend engaging him without reservation.
Mr. Caldwell has served as my personal attorney (25 years), legal advisor for the Georgia Association of Chiefs of Police (28 years), and Parliamentarian for International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) during my term as President of the IACP. In each of those roles his legal counsel, performance, advice, and services in all matters has been the gold standard by which I measure other attorneys. In all cases I have found him to be adroit, honest, intelligent, and forthright. I give Mr. Caldwell my highest unqualified recommendation.
