    Successfully saved client $300,000 by defeating a motion to enforce a settlement agreement filed by a former employee seeking commissions; Currently representing an owner of a successful multi-million dollar software company in a fraud and breach of fiduciary duty case against another owner; Tried and won $170,000 judgment in favor of shopping center landlord in a suit against a commercial tenant in default; Co-managed environmental lawsuit representing 10 homeowners in a suit involving claims for violations of the Clean Water Act, trespass, nuisance, and takings; Successfully defended and won dismissal of a suit brought by a competitor against a multi-million dollar software company by drafting the motion to dismiss brief for lack of personal jurisdiction. The suit alleged violations of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements following the acquisition of the company. Once the company was dismissed, the suit against the two executives was settled; Successfully set aside default judgment granted against client who received no notice of the motion hearing.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
