(Main Office) The firm was established in 1988 by Robert P. Hein and Joe L. Fowler, former classmates and graduates of the University of Georgia Law School. Mr. Hein acts as outside general and corporate counsel for many local, regional, and national apartment management companies. Mr. Fowler has an established general practice, with an emphasis on small business transactions, and serves as City Attorney for the Cities of Chamblee and Stone Mountain. We emphasize delivery of quality legal services on a timely and economical basis, designed to meet the needs of residential property management. Although much of our work involves court appearances and dispossessory cases in State Courts throughout metropolitan Atlanta, we also handle an array of problems and litigation commonly encountered by apartment management companies.
