We also provide design of conflict resolution systems for our clients so that they may tailor their systems to represent the industry specific disputes that may arise between the parties. Carolyn Dragseth Geneteau (Managing Partner) born Sacramento, California, July 18, 1968; admitted to bar, 1993, Louisiana. (Not admitted in Florida). Education: University of Colorado, Boulder (B.A., International Relations with Specialization in Latinamerica, 1990); Loyola University School of Law, New Orleans (J.D., 1993). Carolyn is a mediator and Regional Director of American National and International Mediators (AIM Mediation). She provides conflict management and dispute resolution services to companies, not for profit organizations, and individuals. Her services include mediation, facilitation, training in negotiation and conflict management, and the design of organizational conflict management programs. She also works in the field of international conflict negotiation and assists individuals and companies with disputes that span several countries to reach a quick and efficient dispute resolution. She has over 15 years of legal experience and has mediated cases in legal and non-legal disputes, including international contracts, commercial, employment, community disputes, and various disputes involving not-for-profit organizations. She is an adjunct professor for the University of Phoenix Online Campus teaching Conflict Management. She is also on the adjunct faculty for Kaplan University, School of Legal Studies, where she teaches several courses in the paralegal studies program. She is also a U.S. Army Reserve Judge Advocate. She is a frequent author and speaker on topics such as conflict management and interpersonal communication, building effective relationships in the workplace, dispute resolution, negotiation, and international conflict management. She is a member of the Global Arbitration and Mediation Association and International Association of Mediators and Arbitrators. She is a member of the Human Rights Institute Committee of the International Bar Association. She is also actively pursuing volunteer meditation services in the Tampa Bay Area. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1990, and her Law degree from Loyola University, School of Law in 1993. She is a member of the Louisiana State Bar and the International Bar Association. She is also involved the local community as a member of the Wesley Chapel Chamber of Commerce, the Wesley Chapel Elementary School Improvement committee, and her children participate in the Pasco Police Athletic League.
