Firm Profile:
Bill Wagner and Roger Vaughan formed the Tampa firm in 1967 from a core group of partners who had previously practiced with the famous Perry Nichols law firm in Miami, Florida.

Consisting of 12 attorneys who represent only plaintiffs in the firm is also respected for engaging extensively in advocacy and negotiation outside the courtroom. Many of the partners are known throughout the country and internationally as a result of assuming leadership roles and lecturing in various civil trial lawyer organizations.
