Kennedy has devoted his legal practice to representing individuals and their families in many facets of the law. Mr. Kennedy has concentrated his practice as a trial lawyer handling cases in the areas of plaintiff's personal injury, wrongful death, insurance bad faith, complex commercial litigation, and criminal defense. Mr. Kennedy earned distinction early in his legal career as one of the youngest trial lawyers to be awarded membership in The Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Top Trial Lawyers in America. Education: University of South Florida (B.A., 1969); Florida State University (J.D., 1973). William W. Corry has been practicing plaintiff's personal injury law in Florida for more than three decades. Mr. Corry is listed in Law and Leading Attorneys in Florida (less than 5% of Florida attorneys were nominated by their peers in a statewide survey). He received the 2004 Civil Trial Lawyer of the Year Award from the American Board of Trial Advocates (Tallahassee Chapter).
