Clyde H. Wilson, Jr. (Member) born Sarasota, Florida, January 31, 1940; admitted to bar, 1965, Florida; 1977, District of Columbia; U.S. Court of Federal Claims; U.S. Supreme Court. Education: University of Florida (B.A., 1962); Stetson University (J.D., 1967, replaced LL.B. conferred, 1965). Clyde H. Wilson, Jr. is a pioneer and nationally recognized expert on computer, Internet and technology law, particularly in the litigation context. Author: Winning Techniques for Computer and High Tech Litigation; featured articles writer on technology litigation in several national publications, including The Wall Street Journal; expert for regional and industry newspapers and periodicals including The Lawyers Weekly and The Software Law Bulletin.
