About Rebecca C. Bell

After graduating with honors from Stetson University College of Law, Attorney Rebecca C. Bell joined the Port Richey law firm of Delzer, Coulter & Bell, P.A. She has now been with the firm for more than 10 years, focusing on elder law, Medicaid planning and veterans’ benefits.

She was certified as an Elder Law Specialist by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education in 2006. Presently, there are less than 90 attorneys of the 70,000 licensed attorneys in the State of Florida that have met the educational, experience and professional standards to become designated as an Elder Law Specialist. Additionally, she has obtained accreditation by the Department of Veterans Affairs to assist claimants in the preparation, presentation and prosecution of claims for benefits.

To further enhance her expertise and knowledge of elder law, Mrs. Bell recently obtained a Master of Laws in Elder Law from Stetson University College of Law. Her academic achievement was recognized by her degree being awarded with distinction.

Mrs. Bell was recommended to us after moving to Florida. She advised us what we needed in Florida. Everything went smoothly when my husband passed thanks to Mrs. Bell. She is very knowledgeable with estates and wills. Since his passing, she has answered questions and given advice to me. I highly recommend her. She has given me relief knowing that if something happens to me, then my wishes for my estate will be done.

I needed help dealing with my 92 year old father's nursing home situation. Rebecca was a lifesaver for me. She listens, replies quickly, and then repeats so I can understand the legal terms.
