Professional Experience:

Bruce began his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, creditor's rights and real property litigation, and over time this practice evolved into one largely devoted to construction law. He regularly represents an array of participants in the construction and development process from private owners and developers, design professionals, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. Bruce was Board Certified in Construction Law in 2005, which was the first year it was offered. He has experience in both contract drafting and dispute resolution processes in public and private projects throughout Northwest Florida, in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and mediation. Bruce has earned an AV rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.
