 Accepts Credit Cards (Main Office) Sherri K. DeWitt was born and raised in Middletown, New York. In 1982 she was admitted to the Florida Bar, and she has been authorized to practice before the U.S. District Court of the Middle District of Florida since 1983 and before the US. Court of Appeals since 1985. She received her B.A. (with honors) in 1973 and her Ph.D. in 1977 from State University of New York at Binghamton. In 1982 she received her J.D. from Cornell University. She was an editor of the Cornell Law Review and is the author of a book and numerous articles. After practicing law with many prestigious law firms in Central Florida, Mrs. DeWitt opened her own law firm in 1998. She made the decision to open her own firm so that she would have unfettered ability to provide clients with the level of representation and customer care that she believes each client is entitled to. Mrs. DeWitt has created a boutique style law firm that focuses on client care. Her firm has been structured with the specific objective of allowing clients the ability to actively engage in their case through ensuring that each client has frequent communication with their legal team and involvement with the strategies deigned to meet each client's specific desires. The DeWitt Law Firm, P.A. legal team is lead by Mrs. DeWitt. Associate Attorney Andrew Windle works hand in hand with Mrs. DeWitt on all family law matters. Andrew Windle graduated law school in the top 10th percentile from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Central Florida Family Law Inn of Court, the Orange County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Family Law Section, and is a former member of Sigma Delta Kappa law fraternity. His objective is to provide clients with prompt and personal representation that addresses their goals and engages them in the process.
