Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Russ and his paralegal, Jill, are fantastic! Russ is down to earth and easy to communicate with. His knowledge is great. I would highly recommend this team! They turned a bad situation into one that was manageable. Divorce is never easy, or wanted. Russ will get you through it with a professional attitude towards the law.
After interviewing a number of attorneys I hired Russ to represent me in divorce and child timesharing proceedings. From my initial interview, I knew immediately he would be the pivotal legal representation I needed to succeed. With his experience, professionalism and diligence efforts he strategically navigated many challenging legal issues (especially child timesharing) and always stayed one step ahead. Russ is clearly a sharp optimized law machine! Final case results were a success!
Russell eased my concerns immediately. He is very knowledgeable and confident in family law. He informed me of my rights and what I am legally entitled to. He is very experienced in family law. He stayed professional and respectful during the course of the divorce. He always looked out for the best interest of his clients. He educates his clients so they can make informed decisions. I highly recommend Russell Marlow and will never hesitate to use him in the future.
I was stuck in a prolonged divorce with an attorney who had become useless. Mr. Marlow came highly recommended and took over my case with great energy and enthusiasm. He was better than my wife's lawyer, simple as that. What started out with a $500K settlement demand and ended up at $10K and I was on my way, free and clear. He actually listened to what I had to say and was responsive. Mr. Marlow and his staff are professionals and I give my highest recommendation.
I hired Russell to represent me in a divorce after being referred to him from a friend. Russell was the consummate professional from the onset with every aspect of my case. My divorce was very complicated due to the length of the marriage and having three children. Russell was there at every step, navigating through the challenges of this type of divorce. He was very accessible and prompt in returning calls. Most notable and admirable is the fact that he is a true gentleman, always representing himself and his client with professionalism, ethics, and integrity. He never wavered from his high standards of conduct in or out of the court room. Divorces are hard for everyone involved, but Russell helped to bring a very difficult situation to best conclusion possible.
Nice staff, professional. Could have been more aggressive. Would have liked more information on a step-by-step basis, this is what happens next, kind of thing.
Russell always got back to us when we called him regarding the Real Estate sale, and he kept us informed of the progress at all times.
I hired Mr. Marlowe to help me save my daughter from her abusive mother. My daughter's mother was charged with felony child abuse and contributing to the delinquency of a minor for giving my daughter illegal street drugs since my daughter was 12 years old. I sent Mr. Marlowe's office an email with the evidence needed to get my daughter home to a safe environment the week before the hearing for my Motion for Temporary Emergency Custody. Mr. Marlowe's office never asked for this evidence, I sent it on my own. Had I not sent this evidence I would have had nothing to show the judge during our hearing. The evidence consisted of a video of my daughter using drugs with her mother, a picture taken by my daughter of my daughter's mother using drugs, attendance records of my daughter missing over 20 days of school while in her mother's care, and text messages between my daughter and her mother with explicit verbiage of drug use. Mr. Marlowe did not use all the evidence I provided. Mr. Marlowe
Do not hire Mr. Marlowe - you'd be better off trying to do it yourself. you'd get better results and save a LOT of money! he only cares about making money - has 0 cares for his clients!!! he lets opposing counsel walk all over him and you!! beware : do NOT hire him!!
