Lucas, Macyszyn & Dyer Law Firm, founded in 2000, has quickly grown to be one of the most well-respected law firms in Florida. Our main office is in located in Pasco County, with additional offices in Pinellas and Hernando County. Our personal injury law firm is currently comprised of eight attorneys, which allows us to serve our clients closely with personal attention and professional skill.

Our main office is located just off of Little Road and right next door to the Pasco County Government Center at 8606 Government Drive, in New Port Richey. Our new office is state of the art and convenient for our clients. In March 2008 our office expanded into Building Two, which is right next door.

Our firm also has a fully staffed office in Pinellas County, 2600 McCormick Drive, Suite 130, Clearwater.

Our office in Hernando county is also fully staffed and located at 2190 Commercial Way, Spring Hill, Florida 34606.

Our New Port Richey Personal Injury and Criminal Defense law office would not be complete without an experienced and dedicated staff. Our legal assistants have an average of twelve (12) years of legal experience. Their experience ranges from 3 to 33 years. Members of our support staff are also bi-lingual in Spanish and Greek. Three of our attorneys are Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyers.

Hired Law Firm

This law firm is the BEST I have ever used!!!! They are absolutely a great bunch of people. They will bend over backwards to help you in any way they can. They don't sugar coat anything! They tell you EXACTLY what to expect. I recommend them to all my friends & family! My family and I have dealt with Attorneys Jeff Lucas, Jim Magizine, Chris and Martin . Each and everyone of them did a fabulous job for us! Can't say enough GOOD!!!!

Hired Law Firm

Jeff Lucas started as my attorney and I didn't hear from anyone for months at a time. No timely answers to emails or phone calls. At mediation Mr. Magazine(never met him until that day) didn't consult with me at all. Spent time on his cell phone and agreed to a settlement and gave me a form to sign. I should never have signed but this case had lasted for over five years and I had no trust in the firm anymore. I honestly didn't know my rights.
