Since 1972 I have practiced law continually in South Florida. I represent owners, buyers, sellers, condominium and homeowner associations, landlords and tenants in real estate transactions and litigation. My practice involves counseling individuals, businesses, guardians, trustees, personal representatives and community associations.
I review, analyze and/or prepare correspondence and documents. I negotiate agreements where possible and litigate where necessary. My litigation practice includes contracts, collections, wills, trusts and insurance claims. My goal is to obtain the best practical solution for my clients by providing competent, innovative, prompt, personal services.
In addition to working as an advocate for clients, I have served as a neutral arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association since 1983 and as a Circuit Civil Mediator since 1995.
