Seipp & Flick LLP was established in 1995 as a civil litigation firm emphasizing product liability defense, premises liability and personal injury defense, commercial litigation, maritime and admiralty litigation, motor vehicle warranty and lemon law litigation, as well as estate and probate litigation. Our offices are strategically located throughout the state of Florida, and provide our clients great versatility. The firm, and many of the attorneys within the firm, has achieved the highest rating given by Martindale-Hubble. We practice in the state and federal courts throughout the State of Florida, at both trial and appellate levels. In addition, our attorneys have been admitted pro hac vice to appear as trial counsel or have served as coordinating counsel for clients in matters pending throughout the United States and its territories. We believe in a proactive approach to litigation, and pride ourselves on the results of our execution. To achieve our goal of successful representation of our clients, we use a multifacted approach to litigation, including extensive background and factual investigation, comprehensive legal analysis, and a thorough evaluation of all technical aspects of the litigation.
