The firm's highly respected litigation department, which includes two directors who previously held senior positions in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, represents numerous financial institutions, broker-dealers, financial advisory organizations, venture capital firms, public companies, large independent accounting firms, law firms, non-profits, and governmental entities.
