Mr. Slade is an AV rated commercial litigator with over 19 years of business litigation experience. Mr. Slade has established himself as a skilled plaintiff's class action attorney who recently settled a federal class action lawsuit filed on behalf of 565,000 Florida consumers, against a major federal bank, for Fifty Million Dollars. The case, Kehoe v. Fidelity Federal, was litigated at the federal trial and appellate levels and reached the United States Supreme Court before the settlement was achieved.
