Lauren Bercuson (Associate) admitted to bar, 2005, Florida. Education: Tulane University (B.S., Management, cum laude); University of Miami School of Law (J.D., cum laude). Ms. Bercuson's practice focuses primarily on intellectual property law and commercial litigation. Her experience includes trademark and copyright litigation in federal court as well as domain name dispute resolution before the National Arbitration Forum. Ms. Bercuson has counseled clients on the selection and procurement of trademarks and has assisted clients with all aspects of trademark prosecution, particularly the filing of trademark applications, responding to Office Actions received from the Patent and Trademark Office, and Cancellation and Opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
