· Served as one of the lead trial attorneys for the plaintiff in a four-week jury trial in federal court of an insurance coverage case against a national insurer resulting in a verdict in excess of a million dollars.
· Served as lead counsel of a national retail corporation in commercial lease litigation in federal court and obtained summary judgment.
· Served as lead counsel for a national developer in the administrative appeal of a county's interpretation of local technical amendments to a building code.
· Served as second chair trial counsel in an Age Discrimination in Employment (ADEA) lawsuit in federal court and obtained a defense verdict.
· Served as a member of the trial team on behalf of the plaintiff in a RICO and fraud lawsuit in federal court that resulted in a jury verdict in excess of $50 million.
· Obtained a multimillion-dollar settlement for a real estate developer in a builder's risk insurance coverage case.
· Represented real estate developers in construction lien and defect litigation.
· Represented real estate developers in insurance coverage disputes.
· Defended developers in real estate litigation.
· Represented developers in suits against manufacturers and suppliers of defective building materials.
