Steven R. Tinsley (Member) born Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 1955; admitted to bar, 1986, Florida. Education: University of Michigan (B.G.S., 1983); Washburn University of Topeka Law School (J.D., 1985). Steven Tinsley began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in the Ninth Judicial Circuit where he was employed as a prosecutor in the Osceola County Office. In addition, he was a legal instructor employed by the Kissimmee Police Academy from 1987-1991. After leaving his position as a prosecutor, he was employed for a short period of time by the law firm of Barber and Weinberger, P.A. In 1990, Steven Tinlsey, together with his two new partners, created the law firm of Weinberger, Sheive and Tinlsey P. A. He went solo in 2000 and formed the TINSLEY CRIMINAL DEFENSE TEAM in 2003.
