Shands M. Wulbern (Partner) born Jacksonville, Florida, February 23, 1972; admitted to bar, 1998, Florida; 2004, U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. In that capacity, Mr. DeBelder was representing clients charged with First and Second Degree Murder. Mr. DeBelder was also a supervisor of the office's special defense unit, which represented clients accused of the most serious non-homicide charges. Prior to joining the homicide division, Mr. DeBelder was a felony division chief and also the division chief of the office's Repeat Offender Court division.
