Firm Profile:
Our firm concentrates its practice in claims of professional negligence, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and business torts. Our history includes the successful trial presentation of claims against a law firm for legal malpractice and breaches of fiduciary duties, as reported in 96 Lawyers Weekly USA 703 (1996). We have successfully represented individuals against health care providers in cases of delayed diagnoses of cancers, delayed diagnoses of coronary artery disease, surgical errors and pathological negligence. Our appellate successes include the adoption by the Maryland Court of Special Appeals of the federal rule standards for the grant or denial of summary judgment motion practice. Part of our practice includes representation of former officers and directors in pursuing their interests in retirement and stock option programs against the corporations that they once served.
